Review: Sports movies ... Not a big fan of them, and I do not see much because of the predictability of them. However, one can not deny the impact that some people have, such as, for example, in recent years Aronofskys hunting and the Wrestler. Moneyball is now able to join them and is one of the best films of the year and the film is always fascinating, and Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network script that was last year's best) is to be congratulated for that. In his wonderful script, which gives the energy of the film. What also helps is the lack of predictability. Of course, one cant seem to hope for an experimental film about sports, because it's based on a true story. However, Sorkin, and director, always keep things new and interesting without becoming repetitive and stale. The dialogue is great, of course, and the lack of action in the field makes it even more involved as the scene gets control of the ball, makes an impression. The other major factor driving is Brad Pitt, who has been an incredible year. His performance in The Tree of Life was one of his best works, and now this is related to it as well. He describes all the features of this versatility and charisma. A large and meet the main character. All in all, I was incredibly pleased with this.
